Luxé Bubbly Kart Booking Policy

To ensure a seamless experience, please read and adhere to the following booking policy:

Reservation and Payment:

The base rental cost starts at $300 up to 4hr of service. This includes glassware for display only, 2 built-in ice buckets, 1 bag of ice, a personalized bar sign, 2 juice carafes (optional)
A non-refundable damage waiver fee of $70 is mandatory and covers any incidental damages.
Additional glassware or hard plastic drinkware is available for rental at $1.50 per glass.
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event.

Customization and Add-Ons:

Additional service hours can be added to your booking for an extra fee. Please inquire for pricing.
We offer various add-ons to enhance your experience at an additional cost, including:
- Balloon or floral garland
- Customized drink-ware
- Bottle Covers
- Bar Signs and Kart Customization
- Condiment Caddy
- Seasonal Fruits for Mimosa Bar
- Standup cooler with bottle opener
All add-ons must be requested at least 7 days before the event date to ensure availability and proper customization
